We came here s few days after hurricane Isaias. The hotel had power and cable, but they were still under a boil order for water.  The staff was amazing in every way and they were so professional and kind throughout the stay.

They even provided bottled water for our room coffee machine and still provided daily breakfast options in the lobby.

In early summer, we booked this trip having never been to Pensacola Beach before. We arrived a couple days after Hurricane Isaias, and the staff was very upfront about some of the amenities not being available due to storm damage. They were willing to cancel our reservation for us including all fees but we were not interested in doing that. Every single team member that we came across from the housekeeping team, to maintenance, to the breakfast attendance, the front desk, and the management team were just amazing.  They went out of their way to make sure that we were as comfortable as possible. It should also be noted that this hotel was housing many Hurricane Relief workers during our stay.
